Profile

Mark's practice covers all aspects of civil work specialising in property in particular landlord and tenant and housing law.  Mark’s practice also focuses on trusts of land and insolvency, particularly the insolvency aspects of property law.  Mark is instructed by insurers in a wide variety of cases, especially those involving allegations of fraud.

Interests

Outside the law, Mark's interests include triathlon. Over the years he has represented Cambridge University in the varsity match and Great Britain (long distance group "H") as well as his local club in East London
