From a broad general background at the common law bar, Martin Russell has developed a practice specialising in public law and judicial review (including human rights), housing and property (including both public and private sector work). He has appeared in a number of the leading cases in these areas He also maintains an interest in other areas of common law, including general contract and tort, and has particular expertise in issues relating to wills, probate and executors.

Martin joined chambers in December 2000, and will be contributing to our ongoing seminar programmes on public law and related topics.
