Franklin Evans has extensive experience of common law civil litigation. His predominant areas of practice are employment and professional negligence (including clinical negligence). He has an interest in charities and property law and a special interest in religious liberty, whether this arises in criminal, civil or public law. He is currently chairman of Christian Solidarity Worldwide and since 1988 has been involved in religious liberty cases in the UK and many other countries. He sits as a Deputy District Judge.
