Joshua Swirsky has a common law practice, comprising advocacy and advisory work for a wide range of clients, including local authorities and public utilities, companies, insurers and individuals. He has extensive experience in all aspects of property work, including landlord and tenant law, mortgages, public sector housing and homelessness. His practice also encompasses commercial work, including commercial arbitrations, general contract and tort, public law and judicial review, immigration and employment law.

Joshua lectures and contributes to seminars on topics relevant to his areas of specialism.
