Emma is a civil and public law practitioner with particular specialisms in housing, property and local government law. She undertakes advocacy and advisory work for a wide range of clients, including local authorities, homeless applicants, and public and private sector landlords and tenants.

- possession and demotion claims
- anti-social behaviour injunctions

- the Right to Buy
PROPERTY
All areas of residential and commercial landlord and tenant litigation including:
- possession and forfeiture claims
- leasehold enfranchisement
- business lease renewals
- disrepair
- service charge disputes.
Other aspects of property law such as claims under Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, mortgages, adverse possession, rights of way and boundary disputes.

Emma is co-author of Tolley's Claims to the Possession of Land (5th Edn), a successful looseleaf text for Landlord and Tenant practitioners.
