Jared has a civil common law practice which covers the range of Chambers’ work. Particular areas of experience include contractual and commercial litigation, personal injury and property law. Jared also advises upon and appears in disciplinary tribunals.

CONTRACTUAL & COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

Advocacy, advisory and drafting in a wide range of matters with an emphasis upon the sale, supply and carriage of goods and services and building disputes.

PERSONAL INJURY

Acting for both Claimants and Defendants in all areas of personal injury litigation including employers’ liability, tripping, slipping and occupiers’ liability claims, R.T.A.s and infant settlements.

C.F.A. funded work undertaken by arrangement.

PROPERTY

Jared regularly acts for landlords, mortgagees and tenants in residential and non-residential proceedings and is particularly experienced in all aspects of possession, disrepair and forfeiture proceedings.

He also acts for local authorities and applicants in homelessness appeals and associated matters.

OTHER EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Chambers Jared worked for an accountancy institute dealing with discipline and regulation within the industry.
