Practice:
FAMILY
Fleur specialises in family law and has a broad and busy practice in the FPC, County Court and High Court.
Public Law Children: Fleur regularly advises and represents Local Authorities, parents and children at all stages of hearing, including finding of fact and final hearings. Her experience includes cases involving neglect, non-accidental injuries and sexual abuse allegations and she has sensitively represented parents with addictions, mental health problems and learning disabilities.
Private Law: Fleur has a broad range of experience in this area is regularly instructed in all applications including those with a foreign element and in particular in cases where there are allegations of domestic violence and sexual abuse.
Domestic Violence: Fleur regularly represents alleged victims and perpetrators in injunctions and committals and in many cases where there is an overlap with issues relating to children or property.
Ancillary Relief: Fleur has a range of experience in ancillary relief and TLATA, including analysis of business assets.
SEMINARS
Fleur has recently presented a seminar in Chambers: ‘In the limelight and walking a tightrope: Local Authorities' responsibilities towards children in the post-Baby P Era'.
PREVIOUS CHAMBERS
Prior to joining Field Court, Fleur developed a busy practice at Deans Court Chambers in Manchester.

INTERESTS
Fleur enjoys travel, cooking, yoga and a variety of sports. She has recently been partaking in running, cycling and hiking challenges to motivate her to keep fit.
