Profile
Rowena's practice covers all aspects of family law. Her work also encompasses advocacy across a wide range of civil litigation including contractual, construction, housing and property law. Rowena has assisted with major arbitration concerning the mis-selling of pensions. Her role included assessing claims documents,drafting pleaded responses, setting out points of defence and dispute to be presented to the arbitrators.
Her areas of expertise include conducting and participating in complex work, from initial disclosure to trial, and full understanding of pre-trial requirements for cases to be presented to the court or tribunal. Rowena also specialises in pre-trial work that includes: research, document management, coordinating with solicitors, managing and preparation of witness statements and overseeing production of expert evidence, drafting pleadings, schedules and other matters requiring in-depth knowledge of the facts of the case.
