Members of the Family Practice Group have considerable experience in advising and representing parties involved in abduction cases relating to convention and non-convention cases. In addition there is expertise in advising and representing parties in other family practice areas with an international aspect, for example the placement of children abroad who are the subject of care orders in this jurisdiction.
