Several members of chambers specialise in personal injury work of all varieties, including: industrial accidents and diseases, 'slipping and tripping' claims and injuries arising out of RTA's. Members undertake advisory work and all types of litigation, from simple County Court matters to complex, high value High Court claims arising out of catastrophic injuries to head and spine.
Members act for Claimants and Defendants whether they be individuals, insurers, local authorities, central government or trade unions.
Where appropriate, members will undertake work under a Conditional Fee Agreement.
