Spenser Hilliard has a common law practice centring on business disputes and matrimonial finance. He also has a specialist knowledge of liquor licensing and lectures on the effect of the Licensing Act.
Mediation is now an increasing part of Spenser’s practice and he has established a reputation as a mediator with special skills in gaining rapport with the parties and in breaking deadlock.
